		<description><![CDATA[lol a number of the observations individuals put up are a little out there, oftentimes i contemplate whether they seriously read the articles or blog posts and content before leaving your 2 cents or whether they just simply read over the post title and submit only the first thought that drifts into their minds. in either case, it is really good to look over intelligent commentary from time to time compared to the exact same, outdated oppinion vomit that i regularly discover on the net i&#039;m going to play a smattering of hands of facebook poker farewell]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for this post.  We actively use Twitter at The Children&#039;s Medical Center of Dayton and it has brought us wonderful and unexpected national exposure.  

We also use Twitter to encourage philanthropic support, post volunteer opportunities, share patient stories, promote safety information (especially on safety recalls), thank donors and recognize achievements of patients, families, donors, community partners and much more.
